religion
hundreds of years of ringing bells
millions worried about heavens hells
minarets mosques cathedrals too
psychotic millions passing through
all we had to do was behave ourselves
not obey commands of ringing bells
something on the plate for life without
end
a thesis I could not comprehend
how could money buy eternity
it only helps the preaching fraternity
nice homes-looking swell
thank you cave men for heaven and hell
it quite obvious they dont exist
but even kings and queens persist
our own governments just as daft
twenty six prelates doing no graft
lets have a good clear out cam
tell em to pack their kit and scram
